*Note: Some of our presenters have disabilities that by their very nature can unexpectedly make them unwell and unable to work. Whilst we plan scheduled medical appointments in their diaries months in advance, there may be some occasions where unforeseen illness may occur resulting in the presenter having to attend the Doctors at short notice, or at worst signed off for a long period. In these cases, we will do our utmost to assign another presenter to you, but we may have to cancel and rearrange for a later date. We will advise you of this as soon as we are aware. We thank you for your patience and understanding in these circumstances.
